I don’t use FFmpeg as I don’t like command prompts or understand how it works, and really don’t have the time to learn yet something else to do. Guess I need a GUI at this stage in my life. LOL.
I found some online converters that take time, have to uploaded and downloaded, but worked ok.
Still looking for something free and downloadable with a GUI.

Why don’t you go to the web site that developed Webm and use their recommendations? Here are all the recommended tools from the Webm project itself both free and paid for. I suggest you use one of these:

It looks like webm is a push by Google to replace HTML5 because Google hates when it doesn’t own everything. I can’t imagine anyone else taking notice of it. HTML5 is the future, not some Google stuff. Good luck with it.

Well, when my biggest client’s webmaster wants a version of video in Webm, I kinda need to provide it. Considering they are pushing 50% of my income a year.
Everyone wants to own everything. Google, Apple, Adobe, Magix, yada, yada….
The illusion we own anything is real, but that is another diatribe from me for another forum. LOL.
