В New World существует 5 рангов репутации с фракцией. Однако разблокировать их просто так не получится. Для перехода от одного ранга к другому всегда нужно выполнить определенный квест.
Как получить ранг Гладиатор во фракции
Первым делом необходимо набрать 3000 очков репутации с фракцией. Для этого необходимо выполнять фракционные задания с доски, которую можно посмотреть у своего фракционного NPC. Также репутацию выдают за убийство игроков при включенном PVP.
Чтобы понять, где этот квест берется, откройте журнал заданий (клавиша « J ») и найдите соответствующее задание в списке. Далее нажмите View on Map, чтобы увидеть нужного NPC на карте.
Для разных фракций задание называется по-разному, но оно всегда будет в списке квестов.

Amazon’s new MMORPG is finally here, and there’s a ton for players to dive into, including some powerful weapon classes.
One of the main features within New World is Factions, and once you hit a certain level within one, you’re going to need to complete a quest to achieve the next tier.
Here’s where to find and unlock the Syndicate Advancement quest, Scrivener.
How to unlock the Scrivener quest
New World features 3 Factions that you’ll have the choice in joining when you’re embarking on your journey, The Marauders, The Syndicate and The Convent.
Once you pick one, you’ll be able to join Company’s within the Faction, and you’ll also be able to take part in quests that will help the Faction seize certain portions of land throughout New World.
However, once you hit a certain point in these Faction missions, you’ll be able to embark on a quest that will raise your rank within the Faction, so that you’ll be able to unlock more quests, gear and other rewards.
If your a part of The Syndicate, this mission is called the Scivener quest, and it’ll be obtained through the local Faction representative in the town you’re currently in.
Once you’ve gotten this quest, head to Brightwood and head over a person called Laurentius Krocke, who will give you some further details about the quest.
Basically, all the quest entails is battling and defeating an NPC called Gheist Malikor, and the recommended level for this quest is 24.
You’ll be able to unlock this quest when you’ve reached enough Faction points to proceed to level two of the Syndicate as well.

If you decide to go down the path of the Syndicate faction in the new MMO New World, then that means you will have the opportunity to go up the ranks and become a Scrivener. To do this, you will need to complete the “Trial of the Scrivener” Quest. This guide will show you how to complete the “Trial of the Scrivener” Quest in New World.
How to Complete the “Trial of the Scrivener” Quest in New World
The first step is to play through the main story quest until you complete the mission “Choose your Allegiance” which is where you will get to choose your faction. For this guide, you will pick Syndicate. Once you join, you will be given a side story titled “Syndicate Advancement: Scrivener” which will task you with gaining Reputation. This is a quest requirement that will carry over to each other faction as well and will task you with getting 3,000 Reputation to complete this quest and begin the Trial.
To increase your Reputation, talk to Laurentius Krockes at the Brightwood Hamlet and open the Faction Board and complete some of the Faction Quests he has available. Once you have enough Reputation, return to the settlement and talk to Krockes again. Instead of offering the Faction Board, you will be able to take on the “Trial of the Scrivener” Quest. Know that the recommended level for this quest is level 25 and you cannot take the Quest before you reach level 24, so get to that level before you start this mission.
The actual “Trial of the Scrivener” Quest will have you heading to Walsham’s Fields to find the remains of Lost Gheist Malikor. You will find a cemetery if you follow the marker on the map and will see a place to put a Trace Absorber to the right of a tombstone. Placing the Absorber will summon Malikor as a spirit (this process might take a minute or two). Once he spawns, kill him. Once that is done, pick up the Absorber and return to Krockes. Turn in the Quest and you will get the title of Scrivener.

Как открыть scrivener new world
I’ve done my research on this, I knew it didn’t unlock until 25 like everyone claims, obtained it at 20. I am now 25, and when I pin it, nothing pins. When I look at Brightwood, nothing is there for quest. I even killed the quest objective and nothing happens. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Any help is appreciated.
I’ve reset the quest, thinking that would do anything, no. I talked to the faction leader, nothing there. I’ve obviously logged out since and all that. Out of ideas.
Did it just fine yesterday at lvl 24. You do one quest in Brightwood and thats it.

I went to Brightwood Hamlet, and reset the quest. Now it changes and says «Complete missions from the Faction Board, then report to local Magistrate» Go talk to the Magistrate and he will give the quest, then it shows up on the map.
This quest is definitely bugged. Recommend others don’t get it until 24-25, to avoid any mishaps if you can’t help it. Considering this is the only quest outside of the main that cannot be abandoned, unless you find a workaround it will remain bugged until Amazon gets around to fixing it.

So what I did was this. Run to Brightwood, the city (city is Brightwatch). Once you’re there, go to your quest log and reset the quest. It will tell you to talk to your Syndicate rep inside Brightwood. Once you do that, the objective of that quest will become available on your map. See if that works.
Edit: The objective location is in Walsham’s Field. It’s just north-east of the quick travel point in northern-Everfall.

So what I did was this. Run to Brightwood, the city (city is Brightwatch). Once you’re there, go to your quest log and reset the quest. It will tell you to talk to your Syndicate rep inside Brightwood. Once you do that, the objective of that quest will become available on your map. See if that works.
